Why We’re Building Therapite

Emotional and mental pain is far more common than most people admit. Many people struggle with confusion, distress, relationship problems, or overwhelming thoughts but don’t know where to turn.

We believe there is a real gap between suffering silently and starting formal therapy. Therapy can be expensive, hard to access, or feel like a big step especially when someone isn’t sure whether they need it, or even how to explain what they’re feeling.

Therapite started as a small pilot project to explore a simple idea:

What if people could get short, thoughtful, guidance without committing to a full session?

This is not therapy, and it’s not meant to replace it. It’s meant to offer a first layer of support — a place to pause, reflect, and make a little more sense of what’s going on.

We’re building this carefully, listening closely, and learning from real people as we go.
If this helps someone feel a bit less alone, or a bit clearer about their next step, then it’s doing its job.
